Well my littlest bro turns 16 soon so we got him an Ice. This was it at delivery and one hour later. I plan to move the number plate as well. I want to do an NRG wheel conversion for him add an alarm and a few other bits n pieces also the metrakit pipe will be going for something a bit more aesthitically pleasing and hopefully summit made of stainless.
Yeah it would look cool maybe when he has had a bit of experience riding it we will do it for now I think we will try that over idea I pmd you about.
Took the Footpeg hangers off today stuck em in thinners and stripped the old paint off them sending them off for powdercoating.
Was thinking about getting some footpegs for it these in black
Started spraying the front plastics in a lovely cosmos black from BMW "yet to be applied!"
First Coat
Well did the big piece today all thats left to do on them is prep for laquer. I used Halfords filler primer to get rid of the grain plastic.
Here you see on the left the side has been sanded flat the top of the grain just showing and on the right the before sanding piece.
