tail unit    £30 second hand off ebay
subframe, i made up myself
Painted it myself  £20 in paint

The turbo is one i had kicking around ;)
The exhuast manifold i made myself
Oil lines were made up by my mate who runs the local Pirtec ( hydraulic hose company) Free of charge
The inlet manifold, my cousin welded up for £20
Power commander £100 second hand
Fuel pressure reg £50 second hand
Mapping ive been doing myself, but sort my mate out a bit here and there for use of his rolling road.

Thats about it really  :D

Its a not one of thoes thousand of pound conversions which people make.  Thats the main reason i dont mind negative comments about it really.

There are a few american traders on ebay that sell cheap turbos that would do the job.

To be honest mate, im not sure how much it would cost if everything had to be paid for in full.  You can buy full starter kits from the states from $1200

For the rmp's i just followed the wiring diagram.   I basically, chopped of the connector on my srad clock loom, chopped off all the connectors of the Acewell . Then just followed wiring diagrams and matched up colours / sensors.

To be honest, im having trouble with the speedo at the moment ( i wont work  :D )

Ive connected it up both ways but still nothing.
