Bike wanted for around a grand!

I need a 2nd bike that can stand up to winter and churn up loads of miles.

I'm looking for something like a VFR or CBR or ZXR 400 or bandit 600. Something that will be reasonably fun but cheap to insure and run. Also something with a top fairing.

Only have a grand spare and I know I'm not going to get anything great for it.

Try the bike chat forum there are loads of learners on there, should be able to flog it to them.
